These terms govern your use of OpexQuant (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By accessing or using OpexQuant you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
OpexQuant is a verified daily intelligence brief covering oil, shipping chokepoints, markets, crypto and geopolitics, with a causal “why it moved” read. The Service is provided for information, analysis and education purposes only.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices may change on prior notice, with changes applying to your next renewal.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: scraping, redistributing or reselling our content without permission; sharing your account credentials; attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours; or using the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
All content on OpexQuant is provided for analysis and educational purposes ONLY. It is NOT financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a personal recommendation or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and we do not provide FCA-regulated investment advice. Markets carry risk and you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent, professional advice before acting.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpexQuant is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
